TLOM Listening... What gets me through.

  This is one of the songs that always brings Christian & Michael's love to mind for me... and this young man Paolo Nutini is who I have based my Doyle's looks on... I think he is beautiful and he has one of the nicest voices... This song plays a big part in one of the books of TLOM as does the next song.

  This song is one of those when used in the story is a huge turning point in Michael's life...  The funny thing is the first time I heard this guy I didn't know what he looked like I thought he was old and Jamaican... boy was I in for one hell of a shock when I actually saw him for the first time... But I just love listening to him. I actually have his CD playing in my car right now.


  Hope you all like him as much as much as I do... the other awesome thing is he shares the same birthday as my Em... though I think he is about 3 years older than her.

Just Touching Base.

Well I don't think that my Christmas short: Angels on Top got picked up... but don't feel all disappointed just yet because they may still use it as a stand alone or if one of the others hasn't or is unable to fulfil their spot... If not then I guess we will save it for next year... There is hope for Marlowe & Angel yet.

  I am still doing the last read through of TLOM 1: RAMTBB... damn anyone would think it is the longest book ever... but seriously you cannot begin to believe the amount of little mistakes that I have found... He is just one example I had Doyle standing by a table in a nightclub watching himself dance with Christian and Michael... I say someone just kick me in the arse right now... and I know that once I am done I will send it to Sue and she will find a heap more... THANK GOD FOR BETA READERS... I love you Sue.

  
GRL is coming up fast for all those lucky people that are going to be there at New Orleans... wish I was one of them but sadly I am not... I hope they all have a blast... my friend Helen and her hubs are going to grab me some stuff... Love you too Helen... oh and your hubs...

As we al know I am on the final read through of TLOM 1 before I send it off to the Beta to double check me... I can't believe the amount of tiny mistakes that I have found... Sue would kick my arse if she could see them... but with each little annoying fix up I know that I am one step closer to getting published... I still have no set date for that... my editor tells me that will come when we get into the next stage of editing... I will keep you all informed.

  Emily would like to let you all know that she had her car fixed and has traded it in for another one... sorry I am not car minded, all I can tell you is that it has four doors and it is blue... no doubt she will fill you all in on Sunday when she posts her music. (Apparently it is a Holden Cruze)

 My friend Embry (I love that name) mentions me on her blog... I will add her to my list of awesome people to check out so you can all go and have a gander.

What's Up!!!

 I just submitted my Christmas Short: Angels on Top with MLR so everyone keep your fingers crossed for me...

Short & Sweet!!!

  I am on the last read through of TLOM 1: Rules Are Made To Be Broken... trying to catch anything before I send it off to the editor as a clean MS.... then the real edits will start... I had to de-twilight it... so I decided while I was doing that I would change a few things and it seemed to just run away that it seems like a whole other story... hope the editor likes the new version.

  I still haven't heard anything from Samhain on Windblown Kisses 1: My Knight In Tarnished Armour... but I still have about nine weeks before I expect to hear from them.


  Angels on Top is finished and I have no idea what I am going to do with it now... I might even just sit on it until next year if I don't submit it anywhere.


  That is my week thus far... I have just finished reading a friends book and it was really good... I am hoping Vee forgives my comments and lets me read the rest of the series.


  Okay on that note I am out of here... I hear Dawn H Hawkes' Solomon's Pride 2: the Link That Binds... calling my name... Night.
